When a story, belief, pattern or behaviour is no longer in service to our highest becoming the warnings are always subtle at first.
They may show up as a sense of unease. Things may start to become a little more challenging then usual. What ever used to flow no longer does. We may start to question. We may then talk ourselves out of these things and continue doing what we’ve been doing because we have mastered the art of distraction, avoidance and the comfortability of the uncomfortable known.
This is all well and good for a while but if we’ve chosen to be here for the purpose of consciously evolving it wont stand. We’ll reach something that I like to call a ‘circuit breaker’ moment.
A moment where the thing that is out of congruency causes a situation to arise where we are shaken to the very core or jolted into choosing a different direction. Now, that doesn’t mean all will actually do something with that and take the necessary action. Some may continue staying in what ever has expired but eventually they’ll need to move or move on into the next to carry out the integration of the lesson.
A circuit breaker moment comes to alter the course through changing the external experience so the internal can then be alchemised. It could be the loss of a job, a big blow up in a relationship, a health issue, a death of a loved one or traumatic event that causes us to change at an energetic and cellular level.
As we start to draw our attention inward and let the external event, that can often feel like an energetic grenade integrate, we are given a new level of awareness and resonance.
This is the gift of something that can be perceived as anything but a gift at the time.
Our higher knowing is always directing life in the way of our highest becoming, yet, if we aren’t leaning into these challenges or changes from a place of trust, the resistance causes us to move far more slowly the necessary.
So, is there some where in your world right now that you can see this having played out or currently playing out?
And could you gently ask yourself the question: How is this serving me? And what is this truly asking of me to become?
You may think you don’t know but that’s the mind. Take a deep breath or 3, close down your eyes and ask the question to your soul, the answer will be clear as day.
All my wildest love,
M.x
